Do you test on animals?
Mindi Walters, Inc. is fully committed to using alternatives to animal testing to ensure the safety of our products. Please be assured that we do not perform, nor do we ever commission any third parties on our behalf to perform, animal testing on our products or ingredients.

Are your products paraben-free?
Mindi Walters Skincare products do not contain parabens.

What if I am having problems placing an order online?
We are happy to help place your order. simply email our customer care team at customercare@mindiwalters.com.

How can I track my order?
Check your shipping confirmation email and click on the link to track your package, or simply email customercare@mindiwalters.com and we will be happy to track your package for you.

When will I receive my order?
It is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase. orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. 

How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Once an order has been submitted online and is in process we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. 

When will I receive my order confirmation?
Please allow 2-4 hours for your email confirmation to arrive. 

What if I do not receive my email order confirmation?
Check your spam folder to ensure our email has not been misdirected. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation, please contact customer care at customercare@mindiwalters.com.

Do you offer gift cards?
Mindi Walters Skincare does not currently offer gift cards.

How do I return a product?
While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Mindi Walters Skincare purchase, we understand that you may need to return a product. If you need to return your product, please review our return policy

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the account that you used to purchase the item.

How long before I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Do you offer samples of Mindi Walters Skincare products?
We currently offer samples to bloggers and media inquiries. If you would like to request a sample please provide a link to your blog, website or channel, as well as any details you can provide (number of subscribers, page views per month, etc.). Click here to submit your request.
